in the old myths the gods carried ichor in their veins, a fluid so pure that a single drop was poison to anything mortal. ICHOR is what remains when that fluid runs out. a towering architecture of bone and divine machinery, a crown with no head left to wear it, eyes sealed behind the structure because a god has no need to look out. only the lower face survives, and down the chin runs the last thread of what once made it immortal. this is not a god. this is the shape a god leaves behind.
